April Fool’s Day – Did Google Fool You?

April 1^st has come and gone and the pranks are done, hopefully there are no hard feelings. Each year Google has a great deal of fun with making fun announcements and fake products. Some of the funny ones this year included Google Treasure Maps, a new search that included smells, Youtube closing down to judge all the video entries they received so far, and analytics to show traffic on the international space station. Here is Australia, Google’s Australia Blog announced SCHMICK, which stands for Simple Complete House Makeover Internet Conversion Kit. It’s a new addition to Street View that lets you decorate your house with a number of pre-defined improvements.
